• Led a design study to identify the long-term heating and cooling solution.

ELECTRICAL AND LIGHTING

• LED lighting retrofit across two buildings, completed 13% under estimate, with a payback of about 7 years.

ROOFING AND WATER

• Phased roof replacement on two occupied buildings.

• Emergency roof repairs across a multi-building property.

• Basement leak repaired with interior chemical grouting instead of excavation: about $20K, against an estimate of $300–400K.

FIRE AND LIFE SAFETY

• Replaced the core fire alarm system in an occupied 12-story building.

• Separated one building onto its own independent fire alarm system.

• Brought a historic building up to current fire and safety standards.
